PICTURES!!!

Creative title, huh?
Here are some recent snapshots of our favorite 18 month old. Enjoy!
Carefully lining up all of his cars on the piano
(Tobe and I love these cars from Playskool! They are soft and easy for little hands to maneuver. We have quite the collection here at casa de Phillips)
Valentine's Day

A new "trick" is to get a book and stand at the fireplace and read aloud to Mommy and Daddy--this is hysterical! I think we might hit the next open mike night at our local Starbucks.....
Ready for Church
(where he stayed in the nursery the entire time by himself with minimal tears--however as soon as I arrived to pick him up the immediate waterworks started. He came home saying the word "cookie." Great.)

Cute pictures! I definitely recognize some familiar cars on your piano. Jackson got quite a few for Christmas including some of the mini ones. Also, I love Isaac's outfit from Valentine's Day. The one piece outfits are my favorites! I think they look so cute. Also, I don't even try not to give Jackson cookies or sweets anymore unless he just won't eat any of his real dinner or lunch. Then he doesn't get anything. We don't have sweets very often, but we are around family enough that I feel it is pointless to even try. They always end up doing it anyway, and I have made myself not get mad about it unless I specifically tell a family member not to give him sweets (because of not eating his actual meal) and they do it anyway. This actually has happened once. A lot of times, we tell Jackson things are cookies when they really aren't just so he thinks he is getting something yummy.

Ok, your son is totally adorable- his sweater vest outfit is just too cute. Travis adores sweater vests- if we have a boy I think he will want the baby wearing one when leaving the hospital. Speaking of which, I only WISH I could get myself to DFW to hang out with you guys and baby K- that would just be too much fun. I do hope to make a trip down there at some point, so we will all have to get together if/when that happens!

I seriously cannot believe how grown up Isaac looks. He is starting to look like a "little man" instead of a baby. How are you feeling?

He is so photogenic! What great pictures. Hope all is going well for you! I haven't blogged in awhile, so I am trying to get back into it before this baby arrives!
