Once I heard this delicious news this morning, I called Tobe at work to tell him. I proclaimed it the Christmas Miracle of 2005.

Don't get too excited yet, it was approved long, long ago and the houses behind where it is meant to be built have put up a monstruous fight. However, we don't pledge our allegiance to the USA for nothing... imminent domain is a beautiful phrase when you are talking about Central Market. By the way, on further inspection of Isaac's Santa picture, I'm wondering if Santa is sporting a black eye???
